Real Estate Project Manager and Office manager

This is full time position for 1 person to function as both the Real Estate Project Manager and Office manager.

Applicant must be very proficient with many different technology platforms to include Google Business Apps, Facebook, Instagram, Insightly Database (or similar) and MailChimp. Must also be very proficient with spreadsheets, mail merging, Google docs, sheets and drive. Applicant must have exceptional computer and technology skills and prior experience. Little to no technology training will be provided.

The person for this position must be very detail oriented and have excellent phone and communication skills. The ideal candidate should also have good writing skills and experience using social media.

Real Estate Project Manager

Organize and manage multiple real estate transactions from acceptance to close. Load key dates, events and milestones of  purchase/sale real estate transactions into a database, communicate by email and telephone with sales team, attorneys, buyers and sellers to ensure all parties are aware of important dates, events and tasks. Coordinate and schedule repairs, and close out permits. Organize and manage documents.

Real Estate Office Manager

Organize files, folders and information on Dropbox and Google Drive. Help to create marketing and advertising materials, create and send a monthly newsletter through Mailchimp, manage databases. Responsible for many small tasks that keep a small business running smoothly and organize minor events. Help to promote and market through social media.

Salary Plus Bonus

The starting salary and bonus will be based upon the applicant's experience and qualifications. This position has very good potential for growth and other opportunities.
