I have lived in this wonderful house for 28 years. My daughter entertained friends in the backyard and recreation room. I have hosted countless holiday, family and friend parties here. The large rooms and layout of the house as well as the spacious backyard make entertaining a pleasure.
My neighbors are some of the nicest people you will meet and are great friends. We have an old fashioned close knit community where we all look out for each other. If someone goes away on vacation, there is always a helping hand to water your plants while you are away and keep an eye on your home. We have block parties every year, which is a wonderful time to connect and meet new families that have moved to the neighborhood.
Madison is a wonderful town to raise a family. It is a thriving community with excellent public and private schools. The reason that I purchased my home in Madison was for the school system. 95% of the children that graduate from Madison High School went to college and that is still the same today. Additionally, Madison boasts three colleges, with many events and facilities open to the public. Hamilton is a particularly nice location, with a grammar school and middle school down the street, walking access to downtown, the train station, the parks and the town pool.
