Dear Prospective Buyer, We have lived in this wonderful home for 13 years and raised both our sons who are 11 and 7. We moved here from Springfield and were welcomed into this great family neighborhood and community with open arms.

Van Doren Ave in the Manor Hill section of Chatham is a wonderful place to raise a family surrounded by kids of multiple ages, top-rated schools, parks and playgrounds.

We have entertained many of families and our own extended family in our home. The kitchen is a perfect working place for cooking and entertaining as we spend a lot of time in there socializing and hosting gatherings. The open floor plan allows everyone to be comfortable and enjoy.

Our backyard is a large and spacious area that has also been home to many outside events accompanied with various sports played including our sons practicing lacrosse on their pitch back and many games of pick up basketball. We back up to Chatham Middle school which has allowed our boys to enjoy the many sports fields Haas has with friends without having to cross any main roads.

We are a walk to Main Street, the CVS shopping center, and the Chatham train station, which has been a lovely convenience. There is nothing better than being able to ride a bike or go for a long walk on a nice day and be centrally located to town.

Chatham is a wonderful town to raise a family in. It has so much to offer from the thriving community and downtown to the superior school system.
