The single family residential homes gives off a country and rustic vibe while also being classy and chic. If you’re looking for more affordable, definitely explore the quaint townhome communities. On the other hand if looking for more upscale be sure to check out the single family residential homes located on acres of property. Homes in this township range from $500k to a little under $4 million with the average price being $1 million. Leaving a large selection of homes, with ready to move in families. 

Similar to Bedminster township in the hill sections, children are sent to Bedminster Township School which serves as Pre-K, then kindergarten through 8th grade. After 8th grade and the ending of middle school, children then join Bernards High School as part of a sending/ receiving relationship with Somerset Hills Regional School District. Bedminster Township Public School is ranked in the top 30% in all of New Jersey for test scores. Bernards high school is also ranked the 44th best high school in all of New Jersey. Making the school systems overall exceptional. 

Although Bedminster does not have an official central downtown it still possesses lots of shopping areas along with many restaurants. Some of these restaurants consist of town favorites like, Pluckemin Inn, Delicious Heights, Luna Rossa Ristorante and Carriage House Cafe. With lots of different types of food to choose from you’re bound to always have a selection. Although no official downtown Bedminster does make up for it by providing lots of beautiful golf courses. With New Jersey National Golf Club, Fiddler Elbows Country Club, Trump's National Golf Club and Hamilton Farm Golf Club there are tons to choose from and join. 

Although no train station is located in Bedminster, there are train stations located in neighboring towns such as Far Hills train station, Peapack Train Station, and Gladstone Train Station.
